People very friendly. Nice room. The bathroom a little bit old. Breakfast was pure but ok. I think this is a good three star hotel. The mountan view nice but the internet pictures a little bit tricky. But anyhow we enjoy our staying because the staff were nice. They did not show us any possibility for sauna or bathing.

Has lovely, clean modern rooms. Really nice area and has an outdoor heated pool. Breakfast was great too. Service was impeccable.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel and their managers, who are attentive to all your needs. What if I wanted to find a flaw? The mattresses are a little uncomfortable, but otherwise nothing to say. The location is excellent and I repeat the staff are magnificent.

Stay 24/25 December. Unfortunately they lost points with the Christmas dinner: they didn't communicate the price at the time of booking, drinks and coffee were not included, the total was €100.00 each. All very good, shame about the lack of clarity.

Characteristic and well-kept place, meticulous cleaning of both the rooms and common areas, welcoming and very helpful staff. It's a shame about the location being slightly distant from both the lifts and the town even if you take a very convenient shuttle service

Fantastic location, practically a comfortable cabin! But what really makes them successful are the owners and the staff: the former because their availability and kindness is infinite, the latter because they are truly attentive to the customer's needs and happy to satisfy them. Everyone was always in a great mood, they made it almost a family trip. The location is quiet, but very central and the garden area with the gazebo was an oasis of relaxation for us on summer days. In summary: I can't wait to return!

Very pleasant hotel, just outside the center (therefore quieter), very comfortable room (with large TV and SKY!), very kind and efficient owners and staff. Simple but good cuisine and excellent breakfast.
